Hamburgers Can Give You Skin Cancer!
Ok, maybe it sounds a little dramatic, but it's not just a cliché against fast-food and how bad it is for you, it's a fact: if you constantly eat only this kind of so called “junk food”, the risk of getting skin cancer increases exponentially.
You might be wondering what the food you eat has to do with your skin. It's quite simple, the connection in done after the food has been digested, and it has to do with the fats and sugars contained by all types of ready-to-go foods we eat so often. The risk of getting cancer from eating hamburgers is much higher in women than in men. An excess of junk food associated with already high glucose levels cause your blood to be pumping along too much sugar, that is the main cause in skin cancer. However, when it comes to men, lots of blood sugar help them stay healthier as strange as it might seems, reducing the prostate cancer risk.
There's an upside to this story also - just stop all that junk food eating and you will not only keep a healthy figure but also reduce greatly the risk of skin cancer.
